Nuria Sanz

Dr. Nuria Sanz is the Chief of Unit for Latin America and the Caribbean at the World Heritage Centre in UNESCO’s Paris office. An archaeologist by training, Dr. Sanz has worked across the region with the different national entities concerned with cultural heritage on their World Heritage List nominations, as well as partipating in countless training sessions, site evaluations and professional meetings. Most recently, she has been involved with the legal aspects of national culture and the relationship to international public law. |
