21st General Assembly of ICOMOS – Voting Platform 1: Election of the 20 members of the Board for the mandate 2023-2026 – Results

We are pleased to inform you of the results of Voting Platform 1: election of the 20 members of the Board for the mandate 2023-2026.
Voting Platform 1 was open 24h from Tuesday, 29 August at 12:00 Sydney (AEST) / 04:00 Paris (CEST) to Wednesday, 30 August at 12:00 Sydney (AEST) / 04:00 Paris (CEST).
636 votes out of 999 possible votes were cast, that is an 63 % participation – with the following result. The 20 candidates, highlighted in green, who received the highest number of votes are elected to serve on the ICOMOS Board.

In light of the above, the candidates for the next round – Platform 2: election of the President, Secretary General and Treasurer – are confirmed as follows:

Treasurer
Cyrill VON PLANTA (Austria) – video presentation in English with French subtitles available
Voting Platform 2 will open on Thursday 31 August at 12:00pm Sydney (AEST) / 04:00 am Paris (CEST) until Friday 1 September at 12:00pm Sydney (AEST) / 04:00am Paris (CEST). Voting members will receive the email inviting them to cast their vote a few hours before the opening of the second voting platform.
Results for Platform 2 will be announced on Friday 1 September via an Info for Members. Candidates have to obtain a majority to be elected.
